Random Links send each click to one of several predefined destinations, chosen randomly. You control the pool (for example, up to 12 URLs), and optionally the weighting, but not the individual outcome.

This creates fairness, novelty, and experimentation without complexity. Each click is independent, and no state needs to be remembered beyond basic analytics.

Use cases include A/B or multivariate testing without cookies, surprise-and-delight campaigns, rotating partner promotions, or playful experiences where users don't know what they'll get. Random Links are simple, transparent, and intentionally unpredictable.

Timed Links are only valid within a defined time window. Before the start time, they may show a countdown. After expiry, they automatically redirect to a different destination or a "time's up" page.

Time is the primary control mechanism — not clicks or users. This makes behavior predictable, enforceable, and easy to communicate.

Use cases include flash sales, limited-time announcements, event access windows, embargoed content, or early-bird offers. Timed Links are ideal when urgency and synchronization are the goal.

Burner Links have a fixed lifespan measured in clicks, not time. After a defined number of uses (for example, 1,000 clicks), the link permanently stops working or redirects to a terminal page.

They are intentionally disposable and irreversible, making them ideal for controlled distribution. Unlike Golden Tickets, multiple people can benefit — but only up to a hard limit.

Use cases include capped promotions, limited-access resources, temporary file sharing, or abuse-resistant public links. Burner Links are simple, enforceable, and communicate scarcity without complexity.
